Re: Teeth Whitening
I am not sure where in Suffolk you are looking but there are several options to teeth whitening. You can call up your dentist or any local dentist and ask them if they offer bleaching trays. From my experience this seemed to be the best way to go. Its an exact mold of your teeth so you will have the bleaching trays forever and can use them every once in awhile to do a touch-up. I did mine several years ago and haven't had to do a touch up since then. It also depends on if u smoke, drink red wine or coffee whether it will stay as long as that. I do none of the above. The cost is about $300-$400 dollars, or atleast it was a couple years ago. the other options are the new machines that get your teeth done in about an hour. I don't know how those work. I worked for a dentist and for those who couldn't afford that Crest Whitening strips were what he recommended. Good Luck!!

Re: Teeth Whitening
before you spend money of stuff like that,
try some at home solutions..
for example, take a cap full of proxoide and a cap full of water and 'swoosh' it around in your mouth for about 2mins....spit it out, and brush your teeth.. ((i reccomend crest whitening toothpaste)) the peroxide bubbles off anything that might be on your teeth (((my orthadontist had me do this)))
crest white strips and crest whitening rinse work really well too...
i have really white teeth, and never had anything special done...just the few things above..

I totally agree with the crest white strips. You can definitely notice a difference after only using them for a couple of days.

Re: Teeth Whitening
Totally Crest Whitestrips. I used these and my teeth were whiter than my friend who spent thousands to have them whitened.

i agree use the crest whitening strips. i had a friend who was extremely diligent about using them (even used to do them at work). she is a smoker and a heavy coffee drinker so her teeth were a bit discolored but seriously by the time the wedding pictures came out her teeth were whiter than her dress!!!!!

i believe 4-5 months in advance. and when i said she was diligent i really mean it.....she would wear the strips longer than the time it states on the instructions. and she literally brushed her teeth 3 times a day and always chewed on whitening gum. but the results were fantastic. i saw her a couple months ago and they are still pretty white!

Re: Teeth Whitening
They have a 2 week system and a 1 week system which is more expensive.
So a month before or even 2 weeks!

Re: Teeth Whitening
I also use the Crest whitening strips. They work great (as long as you don't care about your back teeth that no one sees anyway). I just had a friend tell me a fe weeks ago how white my teeth look, and she has had hers professionally done! I am not a coffee drinker though, only a tea drinker, so I have less discoloration.
They work so well, FH tried to steal the pack I am currently using because my wedding is really soon, and I got a little annoyed, I told him to just go buy his own package!
