Has anyone done this? How did it go? I´m afraid that my teeth might turn out TOO white. Also after you do that is there any special care you have to take like not eating certain things, etc?

Re: Teeth Whitening
The one they told me about here was a laser one. Anyone have one of those done? It´s only $120 here (incl the discount because of my insurance) so I was thinking of doing it.

Re: Teeth Whitening
I'm using these my friend who is a dental assistant highly recommended them over anything you can get in a drug store. I have yet to use them since it's a ten day commitment.

Re: Teeth Whitening
I had it once at the dentist but IMO, wasn't worth the hassle/time/money. Just try Crest White Strips!

I had it done too, 5 years ago and I feel the same way. Not sure how much it is now, but it was $400 and that night I was in so much pain and my mouth was just throbbing. Although my sister didn't experience the same pain. She brushed with Sensodyne a week before the procedure. I may try the Crest White strips, but can you still drink coffee??? I know with the Brite Smile I couldn't because your teeth become very pourous and you can only eat white foods.

Here they´re letting me do it for $120. How much are the crest white strips in the States. I don´t know if they even sell it here (Ecuador).
You could only eat white foods?? How long did that last?

I can't remember exactly because it was a long time ago, but I want to say it was for 2-3 days.

Re: Teeth Whitening
I did Nite Brite and love it! Dentist said just brush my teeth after I eat foods that may stain so I occasionally carry a small toothbrush w/ me!
