Hi girls! I'm looking to get my teeth whitened before the wedding. I have used Crest Whitestrips and similar products to no avail. I've heard about this new deep bleaching / KOR whitetning system by the dentist, but the cheapest I've found for it is $900! Can you ladies recommend other options? Thanks!

Re: Teeth Whitening
I'm a dental hygienist. See if your dentist does bleaching trays. you put the bleach in and wear the tray overnight, or during the day, whichever you prefer.
Now as a professional I must tell you that bleaching is UNPREDICTABLE. it may work and it may not. so before you drop $900 i would try other options first.

Thank you! I couldn't imagine spending all that money for whitening.

Re: Teeth Whitening
Brides Magazine may 2010 issue reccomended the Luster 1 Hour white brightening kit as part of their brides beauty miricle workers section:
'True value: Not only do these innovative products live up to their promise but make at home maintenance a breeze'
In three easy steps, your teeth will be up to six shades lighter. The Luster 1 Hr brightening kit makes it happen in record time. Cost $40
*I have not yet used this product but for $40 I wouldnt doubt there reccomendation. You can also visit your dentist and ask for some of his/her reccomendations that are budget freindly asides from an in office treatment.
You could also try searches for at home remidies or recipes - but make sure if you pick something out, to do your research to avoid any possible mishaps or tooth sideaffects. - Upon my search: Apparently Tyra banks said Catherine Zeta Jones used strawberries to whiten her teeth and she rubbed one across her teeth on the show and it worked... food for thought - literally.
Hope this helps.

Re: Teeth Whitening
I used the Arm and Hammer whitening gel before our wedding, it was $4.99 at Harmon, you put it over your toothpaste and brush as you usually would, and it whitened my teeth by about 3-4 shades within a week of using it.
Its a cheaper option to try if you want to
