I'm thinking about getting my teeth whitened before my wedding. My teeth are not bad at all, with pictures and stuff I would just like to have the brightest smile possible. Has anyone ever done this? Do you recommend something over the counter or in the dentist's office? My concern is that if I spend money on over the counter products and am not happy with the results, I will wind up going to the dentist and spending more money. Any input would be appreciated.

Re: Teeth Whitening
I did Zoom at my dentist office back in '08 and it came out great. They send you home w trays and whitening solution to touch it up. Actually have the trays in right now! Very happy with my decision.

Re: Teeth Whitening
I work for an Orthodontist, and he recommends the Crest White Strips all the time and uses them himself! Any whitening will cause sensitivity, that's why I never tried the zoom because my teeth are so sensitive already. Good Luck
