ok - i want it all - the good, the bad, the ugly. what is your favorite product, how bad is the sensitivity, how long until you notice results, do i have to cut out tea completely (ugh!), etc etc.
never thought this would be necessary but am noticing how stained my teeth are from all that black tea (w/ lemon and honey!) that i've been drinking lately. so annoying.

I do notice quick results with Crest White Strips also, but I suffer from pain for 2-3 days afterwards because of my sensitive teeth. I read an article today about rinsing with hydrogen peroxide. It has a lot of benefits including white teeth! I'm going to try it.
I've used crest white strips and they work well. If you feel sensitivity you should stop using them. My mom works at a dentist office and just gave me some new week long system. I don't remember what it's called, but I think I may try it out next week and see how it works. I'll let you know!

I was going to do the procedure at my dentist upstate ($800) but I wasn't able to get upstate so I ended up doing the crest 3d whitestrips and the 3D toothpaste and I did see results within a week. I have used hydrogen peroxide as a rinse at night and it took longer to see results.

awesome. i think id rather try the peroxide method first. im afraid of the sensitivity issue. lets hope this works!!!

I've use crest white strips and they work great but I've always had to stop using them due to sensitivity. I switched to crest white strips gentle which is once a day for 5 minutes and it worked great and wasn't too rough on my teeth.

my sister and I just rinse with hydrogen peroxide after brushing instead of regular mouthwash. Everyone always comments how white our teeth are and we are huge coffee drinkers.
