Does anyone have any opinions either way about any of the following places?
San Souci Floral Terrace Leonards of Great Neck Coral House
My finace an I are going to look this weekend. I'm torn between great prices (Coral House) and great reviews (Floral Terrace).
Help!

I was at a wedding about 2-3 years ago at the Floral Terrace..........I loved the place!!!!!!! I dont know about the other places though, I have never been.

I'm getting married at Sans Souci, I love it there and I have pics in my album. It is on the smaller side 120-130 comfortable if you are looking for something along those lines.

Floral Terrace is beautiful but if you want outdoor pics you may have to go to a different location before the ceremony. Coral House is nice as well. I haven't been to the others. Good Luck! You'll just know when you pick the right place!

i have heard a lot of negative things about the coral house from people on LIW and friends of mine who have been there. if you can, do a food tasting there before booking

Sorry to say I haven't been to any of the places you listed, except for Leonard's and it was a long time ago. I don't know how helpful this will be, considering the last time I was there it was 1992 for my HS prom, but their service and food was amazing!!! There's a beautiful huge crystal chandelier in the lobby with a spiral staircase, a spectacular background for taking pics. Haven't been there since then, but I did have a great experience there!

id go with leonards as well-- but there are pros & cons to any and every hall---jmho

my best friend just got married at the Floral Terrace in October and i loved it. Food was tasty, room setup with raised dancefloor is cool and the bridal suite is insane...its a whole floor!!

Well I went to see both places. Floral Terrace is beautiful but with the amount of people I'm having it would look a little empty in the room. Coral House was nice but I didn't like the room they were offering us. I did do the food tasting and it was yummy!!

check out the swan club... sounds like it may be what you're looking for
San Souci- went for a shower it was wonderful. Floral Terrace- went to a wedding there it was the best wedding i ever went to.

i went to floral terrace and leonards. I went with leonards in the end and here is MY thoughts..
what i liked about floral terrace was it was private (only 1 event at a time so they book quickly)and their room was nice. the thing i didnt like was that they were alittle expensive and had a large min because its only 1 event at a time... their min is 200 people and their price was very high (around $150 pp). another thing i didnt like was the the building.. you can see cable wires going across the front. and the location(gas station right next to there.) I would be fine with it if the building was alittle inside(like Jericho or leonards) but its right on the sidewalk... one other thing i didnt like was the ceremony room.. just wasnt my style for that price. if its in your budget then go for it
then i checked out leonards. the place is BEAUTIFUL and the price was sooooooooooo cheap! my banquet manager gave me a quote of 78 pp.. i was sooo suprised! there was nothing really that bothered me.. there is a gas station right next door but you cant even see it.. the room was sooooo nice i fell in love
that is why i picked leonards

Imo I wasn't all that impressed with Coral House for lots of reasons.
I think you'd be better off at Floral Terrace.

I didnt love the Coral House, and I heard that their prices werent all that great. You would be able to get a price for about the same thing at another fh. Floral Terrace was beautiful, when we went there we lovedddd the room!!! You should go and check it out! Leonards is really beautiful also!

I got married at the Sans Souci this past summer and I highly recommend. Food was amazing, location was beautiful and you get so much included. They really know how to take care of you. I had about 160 people there and it was fine. I wouldn't put more than 170-175 max in, they will try to tell you they can do 200 but I wouldn't dare. Check out my review for pics!
