When I do get pregnant Im kinda scared to tell my Parents I still feel like a teenager I don't want them to know

ha ha!!! i was thinking about this ALLLLLL day!!! i feel like dh's parents would be like even though his brother is having a baby next month!

Yeah well guess what - my dad REACTED like I was a teenager when I told him I was pg!
He put his hand on his hip and his jaw dropped and his eyes widened and all he could say was 'Saaaandra?!?!?!' Almost as if to say, 'You did THAT?!?!?!' It was pretty hysterical!
My mom was very happy though which surprised me for some strange reason I guess I expected her to be a little disappointed even! Left over feelings of guilt I guess from all the years they ingrained into me that I sure as hell better NOT get pregnant!
Being that the pg was unplanned also contributed to the teenager feeling I think.

I was terrified to tell both my parents and FH parents because our timing was way off.....everyone was all into the wedding, and I was afraid Id get the 'your doing things backward speech'
We knew for 2 days before we told them, and all I did was cry... I had to get it off my chest so bad I called my mom at work and told her over the phone
BUT I must say I overreacted BIG time.... everyone was so thrilled, and thought I was crazy for even thinking that they'd be upset!

I wrapped up a grandma's journal for my Mom and that's how I told her last time (then I miscarried) This time I showed up at her office with balloons and a card telling her that she was going to be a grandmother. But this time I waited until I had a sonogram picture to give her!

Next time around I wont be so scared to tell my parents but I am still scared about telling his!!! His mom asks me EVERY OTHER month if I am pregnant And I know his dad would be SOOO happy but his mom would probably pass out

We didn't think that i would be able to get PG without some sort of fertility help...so my family was just thrilled....although I was still nervous to tell everyone....especially since I booked my wedding hall 2 days before I figured out that I was PG

i wasn't nervous tellling my parents. My mom was estatic, my dad is a man of few words so he just said congrats.
I was really scared about his parents. He was so scared about their reaction that he told them by him self. He said his mom didn't say anything. His dad was concerned with the timing. We had only been married 1 month and they were concerned that having a baby now would interfere with DH finishing law school.
But they are so excited now. This is his mom's first grandchild so she is only concerned with 'her boo' (her name for the baby).

I waited 3 months before I told my parents and FH parents cuz I wanted to make sure everything was ok.
What I did was that I bought a towel that siad I love my grandma and a rag that said I love my grandpa and I put them in separate gift bags and had tehm open them up and thats how I told my parents I was prego since it was the first grandchild I wanted to do something different and I didn't know how to jsut come out and tell them.
My FH jsut came out and told his parents since they have so many grandchildren

not only that you've had sex, but that you've HAD SEX! like full blown 'action' to completion!!! know what I mean?
thats my fear when I tell my parents someday - and no, I'm not PG.
