Has anyone had these put in? If so....

1. How do they get put in?

2. Do they damage your hair?

3. How do you take them out?

4. What was your overall experience with them?

Depends, could be sewn in, glued in, or clipped in.

No, not particularly. Not unless they are done wrong.

3. How do you take them out?

Again, depends on the method in which they are put it. Some are simply unclipped, others are cut out (sew, glue ins)

I like them but I have a dry, itchy scalp so I was constantly scratching them.
