TEMPS!!!!!!!!

URRRRRGGG why don't they ever go to work? They call all week long looking for work.....I need work, I need hours, I need the money, and then when it's time to work...Guess What?

THEY DON'T SHOW UP!!!!!

Now I can't leave early b/c I have to fill 45 temps for UPS today by 6:30

I expereince this all the time at my job, they tell you how much they want to work then when you put them on assignment, they just mess up or don't show up to work.
i feel your frustration.

I used to work for a staffing company and I used to cringe everytime I had to call a client to see if the temp showed up. It's unreal how irresponsible some people are.

It kills me b/c these aren't kids, these are adults whom I would assume have adult situations to take care of. But that's what I get for as_suming

I just makes me so mad to know that there're so many people out there who wnat to work, and are not able b/c of backgrounds, or not having certain qualifications and can't get jobs.And here these dirtmeat idiots are playing games
