Tent Wedding, Catering Question

Thank you to everyone who replied to my 'anything besides catering halls' post!
you were all very helpful, and i have a list of places i am going to tomorrow.

i wanted to know if anyone has done a tent wedding, and if anyone has used Corinnes Concepts in Catering??

I met with Corinne last night and she was very nice!

my parents and fiancee are not happy with the idea of the tent... but i really like it!!

please help!

I met with Corinne, back when we were in the beginning stages of planning. She was more then helpful. She is very reputable and really knows her stuff. She has a very large list of clientele.

I would have went with her had we not decided to have all Thai food.
