I think i'm going to take some of our e-pix and make them black and white, and then color in an accent (either my dress in all, or something else in the pic) in blue to match our color and bring more blue into the table settings. thoughts?
what size should I make them? 5x7? any place you recommend for simple cheap frames? anyone selling frames?
i'm going to put the table numbers on in white script, somewhere... i need to decide which pictures i'm using and then figure out a layout for that
Finally, would you make my dress blue in every pic or would you alternate and make fh's shirt blue in some and the background blue in some, depending on the pic?
(ignore my crappy photoshopping, id do a better job on the real thing)

my favorite is the one where just your dress is blue - I love that!! i would totally do the b&w and one splash of color; i've seen that in a few thank you pics and i love the way it looks. I don't love fh's blue shirt or the blue background as much; i think it looks best when most of the pic is b&w.

Nice shots! I agree...it looks nicer with a smaller splash of blue.

Fantastic IDEA!!!! I think alternating the blue would be awesome. I think 5x7 is big enough but I'm useless when it comes to the frames, I'm going to mount my pictures to foamcore and have them on like platestands (that's what I call them anyway)

I bought the frames at AC moore. they were $2 each but with 40% off frames it came to like $1.20 or something. they only had 10 but i put in an order for more. they are just plain silver frames
i did the table numbers on my computer saved as JPG and developed them at CVS

I like the ones with only one thing in blue with the b&w. If you wanted to make the backround b&w you would have to use the mask or selection tool and cut it and paste it into a different layer. I was thinking of getting mine at dollar tree. But, if you see them cheap at ac more that would work out better. I need gold ones.

thanks! ill have to check out AC Moore! I just want something very thin and simple

Ohhhh I like it! I would alternate the blue in all the pics! Also I got cheap frames at Walmart for $1 each. I really did not want to spend alot of money....they are 5x7 and really dont have a much too them. Sorrry I dont have a pic at the moment

i LOVE how you did that!!! How do you do it in photoshop?? i would like to do something like that for our table numbers but the last time i used photoshop was in i think 2001 ahha

im just learning how to use photoshop! FH bought it for me for chanukkah
i made the pictures b/w and then i used the brush on a medium opacity to fill it in. if you do it all in one shot it does it more evenly

I was thinking of treating myself to photoshop!! ill have to work on these when i get to my moms house before the wedding :)
