Tenure Year Freak Out! (Vent)

My district's superintendent will be doing my tenure year observation on the Tuesday after we return from Thanksgiving. He is coming in to observe during my WORST class. I teach resource room and have many 'behaviors' that period. I am so worried that they will be especially off, since it will be a day after returning from an extended weekend . . .

That stinks! Try not to feel the pressure too much, it will come across to the kids. What grade are the students? Could you offer them a reward for doing good during that period? Maybe a special snack?
