Terminix (VENT)

I had a 12 month contract with them to get rid of ants and other creepy crawly things around my house when we moved in. I paid for 12 months in the beginning.

The contract started 11/23/02 the last day they came to my house was 11/22/03. They sent me a bill for $40 for the last day they came. I called them and said that it was within the 12 months. They said NO that 12 months was Nov-Oct... Aint that some BS!!!!!

Thanks guys but the little buggies are gone. THANK GOD!!! I hate bugs.

I just didnt understand how Nov 23-Nov 23 is 13 months NOT 12. The person I spoke to said Nov 23-Dec 1 is 1 month... etc. I want to fight it... its BS. I need to find my contract.
