I was thinking of this terracotta tile for the kitchen, and we are getting a granite countertop.. What color would go? also then what color would you paint the walls?
The kitchen is not the brightest room in the house so very dark colors are out.

My gf has a white granite top with speckled colors in it and it looks great with her floor. She painted the wall this light sandy beige, it looks great

What look do you want in your home? Terracotta can be used in a number of looks - from bright to dark ...
I would do a rich multi-colored beige speckled granite. Deep and earthy and rustic. And I would do a beige/cream wall to lighten it up a bit - maybe even a textured wall (sponge or something to add to the rustic look - some one on here just did that I think)
Get some nice lighting (high hats, a nice rustic fixture)

Try and match that with the Paradisio granite. That's the one I have in my kitchen, and it goes with alot of different colors.
