How long does it take for her to come up with a preliminary design once you are at the top of her list?

I am sooooo anxious I just can't wait!

its pretty much day by day...like if you are 10 on her list it will be 10 days...thats how it went for me at least...so if you are 2..figure 2 days...1..would be roughly one day. she also forwarded me mine at night..i got it at like 8pm
