Good morning ladies! I received my very first email from Tessa last weekend, and it had 3 preliminary samples. She asked for my feedback on everything from the colors and design to the font and everything else.

I wrote a pretty extensive email with my feedback on Monday morning, with one more quick email on Tuesday with another idea.

My question is - How long was it for you after you sent back that first email with feedback with the first samples to getting another batch of samples from her?

I haven't heard from her all week, but I don't want to bombard her with more emails and look like a bridezilla, because I'm nowhere near that. (My MOH even called me the anti-bridezilla)

She answered my email right away, but took a small while longer to get the re-done sample. But it didnt take long and was not a big deal. She was so sweet and actually apologetic to me that it took as long as it did, but I admit I had to write her to ask here where it was. But I did it VERY nicely because Im the same as you, the POLAR opposite of a bridezilla! =)

Shes reallly great to work with and I would suggest emailing he again to ask her THAT exact question. You arent being a bridezilla but youve gotta ask for what you want ya know?

Generally what she does is...she creates the preliminary designs and sends them to you. You have 24 hours to email her back with your ideas and suggestions, in which case she will edit it. Once that 24 hour period is up, you go on the Preliminary Design Edit list. So, if you took more than 24 hours to respond, I would check the edit list and see if your name is on there. If not, then she might just be nice and is waiting for you to email her back.

I emailed her once and she never responded. So I emailed her again and she said she never got my original one. Email her again!!! Just explain that you had sent her an email on Monday with your feedback and you just wanted to make sure she got it. (make sure to copy and paste the original email)
