How can I generate little phrases from the computer, without using a whole sheet of paper ? Here's an example I found of what I have in mind (diff wording, but this style)

Someone did post that there isn adhesive that can be used to attache SB paper to regular paper and then it is removable. Whats the name of it?

what I do...is try to keep the writing as close to the top of the page as possible...and then I will cut that section off...if I need to use it again...then I can stick it into the printer with a flat edge...but I almost never do...I'll use the left over to scrap something else...

I do what Erica does or I print a bunch at one time and cut off what I need for each page.
