Thank god for my FSIL!

My FMIL and her husband and her parents were coming on wednesday. They thought they weren't getting a rental car and wanted to bum rides. (the hotel is in Hauppague, the church is in seaford, our house is in Bellmore, the RD is in Huntington, the reception is in oakdale!) So I calmly sent her an email explaining the reasons she needed a rental car. Then I called FSIL and told her what her mom was saying (FSIL is in the BP and has no time to drive her around, Plus she is already driving FBIL and his GF) So FMIL sends me an email and CCed it to FSIL saying that she was hoping FSIL would bring two cars and drive the 4 of them around....

SO FSIL writes this email telling her off and saying that LI is not mars and she will have directions and driving will be fine. That she will absolutely not drive her mom around (parts of it were in caps ) That she was already too busy with BP stuff, that she was leaving a day early and that she needed to take care of herself.

THANK GOD... The next email was FMIL telling me that she got a rental car. I am just SOOOO glad it all came from FSIL and not me. That way I am not the bridezilla bad guy. She at one point wanted Stephen and I to pick like 10 people up at the airport on Wed and Thursday with the wedding on FRIDAY

All I have to say is.. FSIL came through! LOVE HER
