I doubt it in all honesty. I have a friend who got her period for two months though, light bleeding for 3-4 days and was pregnant, but she said it was 'different'. The thing is if you made it to day 34 to test and thats a late cycle for you, you would have enough of the hormones to produce a positive test result. Normal levels start rising at 10 days post O...you could have 'O''d late. By day 38 your levels are very very high and would instantly get a positive...THAT IS ...if your SURE you Ovulated at a normal time..if ovulation was stalled for some reason, you could have experienced implntation and be PG and only be a short time past O and get a negative. Though implantation is normally spotting and only occurs in 40% of woman. I would wait about 2-3 more days, and then take another test or call your Dr and ask for a blood test to just rule it out..

Re: too soon to be PG!
I just went through this about a week ago! I was never late and I am on BC. I waited till day 36 and I couldn't take it any more! I had all the signs of AF (bloating, overly hungry, etc.) I knew in the back of my mind that I was not PG, because I didn't feel any different. I tested on the 36 day and got a BFN. Then the next day I got AF. It was very weird for me and annoying. I have never had a PG scare in the 7 years I have been with my husband. (I shouldn't even say it was a scare because I would have been fine with being PG. Yes it was earlier then expected but I am a grown married woman.) It was so weird that it happened after I was married. It might be the change of season that is throwing you off! I think mine was mix of season change and back surgery that I just recently had.
