The situation with Bridal Reflection has been a dark cloud over what otherwise was a perfect day. Dealing with the situation has been upsetting, frustrating, and exhausting but I have to tell you that I have been overwhelmed by the support I have received from the ladies on this board. You ladies were a wonderful source of support and a wealth of information before my wedding, and you have proven to be just as wonderful and supportive afterward. Thank you so much

I think it's great that you confronted them on this. There are some vendors out there who perform shoddy service and some brides figure that well, their day is over. It's importaant to give feedback to these vendors so they can provide a consistently good service and/or other bride's know about such poor service and can better decide if they should book with that vendor for their day.

I experienced something similar recently but I can't post about it until after the wedding. Needless to say, the person better come through.
