When do you send a thank you note to someone who sends a gift who is NOT coming to the wedding? Do I send now or wait until after the wedding..

AND

What if someone sends a wedding gift before the wedding and IS attending the wedding?

Hi I think waiting until after your wedding is fine, when you send the rest of them..so that you may include a pic

I send thank yous as soon as I recieve a gift.

I send a thank you out as soon as a gift arrives, and then I will send them another one later with a picture.
