thank you card help

I need help writing out thank you cards for:

-The people that gave us a gift but could not make it to the wedding.
-For people that came to the wedding and didn't give a gift but were in the wedding party.

For the people that went but did not give a gift. you could write:

Thank you so much for being a part of our special day.


For those that sent a gift but didn't make it, you could write:

THank you so much for the grill press (example). We can't wait to have a BBQ and make some great food with it.

For people who did not give a gift, but were in the bridal party, I'd be pretty specific. After all, the dress, shoes, etc. are all very expensive, and I'm sure they gave shower gifts, etc.

I'd say something like:

'Thank you so much for being a special part of our wedding day. We could not have imagined our day without you standing with us. We are so lucky to have you as a friend. Thank you for all you did throughout our engagement and wedding planning to make everything so special.' If you can think of something in particular (planning the shower, the bach party, etc., then mention it here)

For those who gave gift, but did not attend, remember to say something like 'We're so sorry you couldn't be present to celebrate our special day with us. Thank you so much for your generous gift.' (Or 'We love the beautiful serving platter and will think of it every time we use it.')

Thank you for sending your warm wedding wishes and/or prayers. It really meant alot that you thought of us on our big day and $$$ will help us save for our new home - or the coffee maker will help keep us up as we paint our new home... : )

Thank you for being such a big part of our special day. It meant ao much to us to have all of our best friends and/or family around us for our big day. We are lucky to have such wonderful people in our lives...
