Thank You Card help

Ok so I am the WORST at writing thank you's. I never know what to say!

I saw a thread a while back that had some generic phrases to write in. If anybody has those can you please post them. Thanks!

how about....

Dear ________,

It was wonderful of you to share our Wedding Day with us. Your generous gift of (name of item) is really appreciated. (Then write something personal about the gift... if its money, you can tell them what it was put towards, ie. buying furniture, honeymoon, etc)
