thank you note idea...

I got back all of the pictures from my shower. There are about 30 of me opening gifts. So, for those gift givers, I am including the photo and discussing how happy I was that they were there and how thoughtful the gift was.

For people who weren't there, or for people who gave gifts that I don't have photos of, I included a photo of them at the shower or of me coming in while they yelled 'surprise'.

It's making the writing go faster and I am not getting blocked for ideas on what to write

I once got a thank you for a christening with a polaroid of my friend's son wearing an outfit I bought him. I thought it was such a nice, personal touch!
