Are you sending notes now and thank you notes to those same people after the wedding, too? We already have our 'new last name stationary' for thanking people, but I can't use it yet because it has my married name. I don't want to be rude and wait to send too long.
we sent thank yous after we got the early gifts if the people were No's. If a guest that was coming sent an early gift, we waited until after the wedding when we did all the TY's to send their card.
I sent them a nice thank you with a short note thanking them for their generosity and sorry they couldn't attend the wedding. I am not planning on sending another thank you to them after the wedding. I wanted to do them early bc I feel like I would forget if I waited until after the wedding.

We ordered stationary that just has our first names on it so we have been using that for now.
ETA: A couple of the people will get another thank you with a pic.
