this. i would probably swap out the jeans for nice skinny black slacks. you would still get the same look but it will be more professional

Re: THANKS TO LEESAH!
I work in an artistic field and have been conducting interviews for the last 2 weeks...to me the jeans are totally appropriate, and I think slacks are too 'corporate'...if anything I would say do leggings or tunic with blazer, or fun skirt with blazer.

THIS - based on the industry you dont always need to wear slacks and a jacket....

Re: THANKS TO LEESAH!
I work in the design department of a fashion brand, so we're definitely the more 'relaxed' in the company and wearing jeans on an interview would not be appropriate at all. It would be even less appropriate in the regular marketing and business end. I think black pants (even if they are skinny) would be a better idea. You don't need something as simple as jeans to cost you the job.

CONGRATS!!!!!!!!!! So happy for you Colleen!!!!
What about a cute dress? Somewhat corporate, somewhat not
I wouldn't wear jeans, but agree that a cute skirt/leggings/skinny black pants might work better
my fiance works in the music industry and he insists on wearing jeans to interviews but never gets the job! last interview he went on he went professional and got the job before he even got home!
