...our favor search is officially over!

In case you didn't see her post, she posted the favors that her and her FH recently purchased and I fell in love with them (set of 4 ice cream bowls)! This is exactly the kind of favor I was thinking of doing but because I stupidly showed FH the beer mug favors that are in my album, I couldn't convince him to do anything else.

Well when I came home I showed the him the new favor idea, told him they are way more pratical than the beer mugs, I did a survey at work and everyone voted these over the beer mugs, and the best part (and the part I like best) is that everyone will get there own favor (as opposed to the beer mugs which was 1 per household) and they are actually cheaper!

I did a search online and I found the same kind of bowls but a little bigger so we are going to do the green ice cream bowls and fill them with little bags of ice cream toppings (like gummi bears, sprinkles, walnuts, etc.) and then wrap them up with a personalized ribbon. They are the perfect size for a scoop of ice cream!

EDIT: I should also mention that FH and I are ice cream freaks and we are also having a Haggen Dazs Ice Cream Sundae bar at the reception so I thought that was a nice little tie in with the favors! I'm excited!
