and... I coudlnt even sleep... I barely got 4hrs of sleep...

I took a pole dancing class with my friend in the city and let me tell you, it's no joke!!! Muscles I never even knew I had hurt!! If it wasn't so expensive I would do it every week.
me tooo! I couldn't take the next level up because the price shoots up to like 250 for FOUR classes

I took classes for almost a year at Diva Fit Studio in Massapequa. I had to stop because of $$$. It is a great workout and very fun!! I also stopped because I have no room for a pole in my house, so that alone was slowing me down because I could not practice.
V- wanna buy a pole from me? I never used it and its just sitting in my closet in the package. lol.

I take pole classes at li dance fit, the classes are around $25-30 a piece BUT she has a package for unlimited classes per month... if you go at least 3 times a week i'm pretty sure it comes out to like 1/3 of the price haha

I just got so nostalgic...I did level 1 and level 2 with S Factor in Chelsea last year...I loved it and always felt really sexy and comfy with my body...
