That @#$%^ has some serious nerve

Original post by marymoon

I went to my doctor yesterday. MY doctor. I started going there years ago for my car accidents and then gradually it becamse the family doctor.

My DAD had been there earlier with his GIRLFRIEND

Because NYC is so devoid of doctors I'm so SURE he couldn't find ANOTHER one to take her to.

It really makes me so sick

OMG.. It gts better ( I told you it gets better everydya). He refuses to finish paying for any of our cars, but he just bought a car and registered it in his name at his gf's house. He doesn't even know we know about is gf.

ok and all along the lawyers keep saying we don't have enough to prove adultery...ummmmm...HELLO. I love my best guy friend I've known him for close to a decade but we don't go to the doctor together and my car isn't registered at his house...nor do we spend hours in a completely dark house together.

are the cars in his name?? if so, then let them get repo'd!! I know you guys probably need the cars, but it's his credit that will totally get screwed up!!will serve him right...
you can always get other cars, no??

When he left my car was 2 days away form gettng repoed (my parents bought mt a car when I went to college isntead of paying for a dorm for 4 years)...and my mom wanted to let it get repoed. But it's 90% paid for and I do NOT have the means to buy a new car. SO we're making the payments...we're making them REALLLY late though, so we can eff him up. Cause I don't care about his credit

cool...then if you only have a few more payments to make, then so be it. like you said, pay them late so it f*cks up his credit history...but not late enought that they'll repo it! then once the pmts are made, you're in the clear and you can switch it over to your name.

do you know where the b*tch lives?? try taking pics for the lawyers to see...

She lives in an apt building....

blah. we had somsone watching my grandma's hosue where he was staying at the time waiting for him tog et home form work on day. He was watching thebhouse for 3 hours and it was totally dark..then all of a sudden lights go on in the BEDROOM, and they walk out together..I don't get why that's not proof, but I'm no lawyer so maybe I'm stupid

Aww but him bringing his GF is no reflection on you or your mother--it should be him that is embarrassed. And I thought in NY State the alimony settlements are not concerned with adultery? My parents divorced when I was in college, and it was hard because he had been paying some tuition but if you are over 18 he is not by law required to pay for anything anymore. It's just a way for them to get back because I think mothers are more maternal and care more about providing for their kids, regardless of age.
