Thatched Cottage Brides

Hi ladies! My FH & I went there this weekend and just loved it! We forgot to ask what their 'Service Charge' covers though...would anyone happen to know if it includes gratuities for the waitstaff? My FH is going to call them today, but I thought that someone might know offhand what it covers...we're working our budget to see if we can swing it there, so I'm getting impatient for the answer! lol Thanks!
