thatched cottage or woodbury country club?

any advice on either venue would be appreciated

I booked Thatched Cottage yesterday!!!
We deliberated like crazy. It was important to us to be on the water though, the tasting was amazing, and the grounds beautiful. I loved that the indoor ceremony room, in case of rain overlooked the water, and still gave an outdoorsy feel to the place.

Thatched Cottage. They do things differently there. They serve the food all at once, with chefs, and its on the water with beautiful garden. Its unique too. There isnt a place like it. Its also historical, so many people have heard of and I have only heard great things. The food is amazing.

woodbury (i'm biased too)...my friend got married at the thatched cottage and i wasnt crazy about the setup of the room she had.

woodbury is gorgeous! have you gone to see it?
everyone i talk to who's been there raves about the food

Yay for Woodbury Country Club! We booked it back in Feb when the weather was crappy so we didn't really get to see the outside, but we went back last weekend, and OMG!!! IT was beautiful! Any doubt was wiped from our minds immediately! I cant wait!

Woodbury! I feel like my wedding was just yesterday, it was amazing. So many people raved about the food and the grounds are beautiful.

One co-worker was married at the Cottage June 9th and another co-worker's brother was married there in March; rave reviews.
Beautiful decor and great food and service.

i don't know about the thatched cottage, but i went to a wedding at the wcc, and it was absolutely beautiful! My good friend is getting married there as well. You will have a beautiful wedding. Good Luck!
