Thatched Cottage Review
Hey ladies. I went to a wedding a the Thatched Cottage last night and figured I would write a review. Although the hall is small it is very nice. The lake in the back was drained before the wedding which was not what the bride expected. The cocktail hour was pretty good. She had food from different cultures. I didn't like that there was only one bar and it was far from where people were sitting. The food in general was decent. they do a thing for the main coarse where they wheel out these carts (kind like the venn. hr) and they servers take the meat from the carts and bring it to you. It was cook to serve but we didnt get the meat we requested. Then they walk around and put the sides on your plate and gravey as well. (one of the people we were sitting with got gravey spilled all over her). The cake was very good! All in all the wedding was very nice. Its a good place to go if you want a smaller sized wedding.
