The $450 Whitening kit is killing my teeth! Anyone find/found it hurting your teeth?
I'm on my first tube I only finished 1/2 and its making my teeth unbelievably sensitve. I can't really enjoy eating food or drinking anything even the wind outside hurts my teeth.
But seriously did anyone have this? Can you ask for a refund with something like this I really can't even use it?
I'm going to call my dentist first think Tuesday morning I would hate to thing I threw $450 down the drain :0(

i have the one from the dentist & it makes my teeth extremely sensitive as well. it really kills. i'm going to start using it a month before the wedding & then stop the week before. try using sensodyne toothpaste.

I did this a few years ago and it also killed my teeth. I would wake up in the middle of the night with shooting pain through my teeth. I continued to use it though and it got easier as time went on. Good luck. I know it SUCKS but the end result is worth it!

I never tried the one from the dentist, but has anyone tried the ones over-the-counter? Like Crest Whitening strips? How do those work??

I used Crest Whitening. They made my teeth somewhat sensitive, but also whitened them a bit.
Not enough for me though. So I used UltraDent which I got from my dentist. It's a gel that I put in custom trays and sleep with. It worked better, but also hurt more.
So I did it every OTHER day instead of everyday.
I was happy with the results the day of the wedding, but I still have half of the gel left so I am continuing but every couple of days, not every day.

crest whitestrips worked for me, but i think i was getting a little sensitvie and using it 2 half hours aday i got lazy and stopped... i know they make them where you can sleep with them now.. maybe thats better
