The Atlantica

I looked online at the Atlantica in Westhampton and it looks amazing. Just wondering if anyone has been there or having their wedding there.

We looked at Atlantica. I really liked it, but the room was way too small for the amount of people we are having (around 200 or so). Also, the price was a little too much for the food we wanted.

I loved it too. It's great because it is in the Hamptons but not too far out- however it was about $200 per head (plus tax & gratuity).

It was just a little too high for us. The price does come down significantly if you want to do a day time wedding. About $60-70 per head if you want to do that! Good luck!

Really? The ballroom holds 200-225.

It was very pretty but I was surprised at how expensive they are are!! I didn't love the fact that the bathrooms are open to the public in the hotel either!
But the view is stunning and I've heard the food is very good. I just got a very snooty vibe when we were there so that sort of turned me off.

We looked there as well as did my sis( who picked East Wind this week!!!)

The room barely holds 170, we saw it set and yes the bathrooms are for everyone, plus a curtain pulls out to put your musicians in front of--ugly.

The thing is the view is awesome, the chef Todd well known, but the room's blue draping needs to be replaced ---at $200 per plate, we found way too many worn out things and the woman there was basically not even selling us, just made us feel they are 'it' and did not need us to book. Strange vibe.

I totally disagree - Atlantica is awesome. I am getting married there March 29 - and for a Saturday off season you can get it for MUCH less than 200 a plate. FM me for pricing info.

Todd, Jen, Lisa...they are all top notch and fabulous. The service is the best I have ever had at a wedding (I have been to 3 there this past year).. It definitely holds 200, My friend just had 189 and it was comfortable.

Oh, and off season the hotel is closed and you have the place to yourself.

I have to agree. Its ok if Atlantica isn't for you, but don't knock the place. Its considered 5 star. I was married there and so I kind of know what I am talking about.

The room holds 200 - 225.

The drapes are old? Look at my photos. The places is gorgeous. Its in like every wedding magazine. As for the curtain for the band, it looks perfect. It looks like they are on a stage with.... well, a curtain.

The bathrooms, yes, they are in the lobby of the hotel, as are many bathrooms at hotels. There are also private bathrooms in the bridal suite/lounge

The woman wasn't 'selling' you? That's what I liked about it. They aren't cheesy and salesy.

However it is not cheap if you get married in the high season. I got married in June so I paid over a LOT for a daytime wedding. And night time is even more. FM me for pricing
