What trigger are you waiting for before you start sending the invites to the B List?
Did you rank the B List to see who gets one before the others??

I'm waiting for people to definitely say no. I don't want to invite a B lister and then have an A-lister decide at the last minute they can go. My B-List is ranked.

Right now this is my plan:
My B-List completely consists of people I work with...I would feel bad inviting one as an A lister and then a month later inviting the other as a B lister - they will probably talk about it before the B lister got the invite...
We will see how my plan changes the closer we get to the date though... but I think this should work
