I just took 2 pairs of jeans back to NYCO for a smaller size....
I bought like 4 pairs of jeans ealier this month and i have already worn 2. After a few wears they start to stretch and now I find myself constanly pulling them up. Sooooooo I went and changed the other 2 pairs.

Ladies the only thing i do is workout. I work out about 4 times a week and I go hard. I know they probably think I am crazy at kickboxing.
I dont diet at all. I am not disciplined enough for that. I cant give up all the foods I like. I've tried it and it doesnt work. I will tell you that I do eat off of smaller plates. I use a saucer instead of a regular size plate. Not the little tiny saucer but its not as big as a plate.
