The Best Thing I've Heard All Week!
My mother just called and told me that my aunt is coming to the wedding! She's my favorite aunt, she lives in Florida and has been having some financial difficulties lately so we really weren't sure if she would come or not. This has made me so happy!!!
Her son (my cousin) and I were very close growing up. He was shot and killed 14 years ago in an attempted carjacking. Six months prior to that her husband (my uncle) had died from cancer. She's had a difficult life but she's the type of person that still looks out for everyone else - I can't wait to see her!
