The Big News!!!! Pics added!!

Well, as many of you knew, I was not officially engaged with a ring, although FH and I had talked about getting married and decided on a Summer 2008 wedding. Well...He proposed on Saturday night!!!!!!!
It was the best night ever, i was so excited!!
I have pictures, but I didn't download them yet, but i just had to tell everyone now!!!!

ETA: i put the pics in my album - It is so bad b/c we forgot to bring the camera so we only have the one they take up there for you to buy, so i took a picture of the picture, lolEngagement Pictures

OMG, what a story...
We had booked a hotel room in time square because it was cheap on travelzoo.com and thought it would be a fun night on the town. I suggested that we go to The Top of the Rock (The observation decks on top of Rockefeller Center with GORGEOUS views of the whole city) and so we bought tickets online.
He was all clammy handed and sweaty going up in the elevator and i thought it was b/c he is scared of heights. We get to the top and i was trying to go to the side to look at the skyline, but he kept pulling me back (he didn't want to be waving the ring over the side of the 70th floor ) So then, we were standing in the middle, away from the edge, and he started talking, saying the sweetest things.

I was a little confused and so not expecting it b/c i pretty much planned the night So then, i realize he was dripping with sweat (meanwhile we are on the top of the 70th floor which was so cold and windy) and his hands were shaking like crazy and i realized was about to happen. He reached in his pocket, pulled out the box, got on one knee and openned it, and asked me. I was just in hysterics, crying! People were all clapping and taking pictures. Then I nodded yes because i couldn't even speak and he got up and i couldn't stop hugging him and smiling and crying.

He was like 'did you know' and i was screaming 'look at me!! if i knew, i so would not have worn eye liner!!!'

Then, we went to dinner at my favorite restaurant, ruth's chris, and he had a private table waiting for us. Everything was so pertfect!!!

I can't wait to see pictures. . .I'm so happy for you!!!
