The Bourne Mansion Maximum Capacity

Hello Brides to Be/ Wives :)

I need some help....I am getting married at the Bourne this coming May and Ben has told me that maxed out the ballrooom can seat up to 260 with 40 additional seats in the side connecting room. I would like to know from Brides who have gotten married at the Bourne how many guests they had in the main ballroom and how it felt/guests feedback on space. I do not want to max the ballroom out and I do not want to seat people in that side room. Any feedback would be much appreciated!!! Thank you!

I got married at the Bourne Mansion in July and there is no way I would put 260 people in that room. The room could probably hold that many but it would be a tight fit and wouldn't leave much room for dancing. I would say no more then 220. We had 190 guests in the room and it felt like the perfect space to me.

We had 19 tables and then our table made a total of 20.
