I do not know where you saw that it is open 7 days a week on Saturday it is by appointment only. I went there for fittings and everthin on the weekdays since it is only 1 block from where i work
I went to the bridal building and was so disappointed. I ended up on RK Bridal. I think they are on 39th between 8th and 9th ? Good Luck!
The Bridal Bldg is nothing like it used to be. Many yrs ago, manufacturers actually made gowns there. Nearly every floor was crowded with shops that made gowns & sold to the public only on Sats. Now, only 2 floors (I think 11 & 12) have shops that sell gowns & I'm pretty sure they're just retailers, not manufacturers. My daughter found the gown she loved in the bridal building, but ended up buying it at a local bridal shop (in NJ where she lives) for $200 less than at the Bridal Bldg.
I bought my dress from the bridal building. It is three floors 6,11 & 12. It had a decent selection. I would atleast sugg that you go and look you might see something that u like. I didn't think I would find something but i did. It was 540 and it isn't even out in mags or on the web yet. GOODLUCK
I AGREE WITH JUJU. I WENT TO THE BRIDAL BUILDING BECAUSE EVERYONE AT WORK HAD SO MANY GREAT THING TO SAY ABOUT IT. I TOO WAS DISAPPOINTED AND ENDED UP BUYING MY DRESS AND BRIDESMAIDS DRESSES AT RK BRIDAL.
