The Bridal World in Baldwin?

I live in Baldwin and checked out the bridal world in baldwin and I was NOT impressed. The lady there did help me find dresses to try on, but obviously she was not thinking about my body type and what would look good on me because they weer all horrendous. I had to get myself into and out of all the dresses. She mentioned that they do a lot of on-line orders from around the country. From what I could see, it didn't seem like there were a lot of quality dresses there... but after my experience at Lillette's (see below) i wasn't too impressed and after trying on a few dresses, mom and I left.


I would recommend Lillette's in Baldwin on Merrick Road. they were AMAZING. they fitted me into the corset bra and slip (their's) so I would get a real feel of how the dress looked. She helped me in and out of EVERY dress, and pulled out dresses based on my body type... they all looked great. She helped me find my dream dress and I am getting it there. Also, if you buy your dress at Lillette's, your brdiesmadi dresses are 10% off. Go there.... you won't be disappointed!

I actually just bought a dress from them. They were so helpful and the price was perfect ($429.90).

I went to another bridal store first with my MOH to check what was availabe and what style fitted me.

I did not want to compromise on quality though. I am very satisfied with them.

AND The dress is georgous!

my mom bought her MOB dress there. they were very helpful and their collection seems to grow daily--we went several times.

best of all--they sold her her dress for $150 for a beautiful gown that retailed for much more since it's discontinued!!
