I just received a letter in the mail from our band requesting the song for our first dance, father/daughter, and mother/son. It also mentioned if we would like a diff. song for 'The Bride Cuts The Cake.' It'd be very crreative if we used another song but I can't think of any. Is anyone not using the basic song??

There was just a thread with a bunch of songs... I am using ' I want to grow old with you' by Adam Sandler... from 50 First Dates. I've heard some girls are using 'Pour Some Sugar On Me' (Def Leopard) 'When I'm 64' (The Beatles) 'The Sweetest Thing' (U2)... hope that helps!

If I didn't have a Bon Jovi musical theme, I'd totally use 'Pour Some Sugar on Me'
Well really, my first choice would be 'When I'm 64' by the Beatles since I'm the world's hugest Beatles fan.
You could use 'I Got You Babe'...any of those cutesy couple songs. My sister used 'Sugar Sugar.'
Some people like 'I Wanna Grow Old With You' - Adam Sandler from the Wedding Singer.

lol sounds like we have the same band because we got a similar form and I was like the bride cuts the cake?? isnt that to the tune of the farmer in the dell?? please dont take offense if this is your song just not my cup of tea we are using grow old with you like a lot of the girls on here
