The Budget passed!!!

I am SOOO excited!!! My full time job next year was contingent on the school district budget passing and it did!!!! I feel SOOO relieved!!! Some people were so negative about it passing...I was sooo stressed and nervous wondering if I was going to have to pack my stuff up this week or not!!! Now we can pay our morgage for the house we just got!! I get to go into personnel this week to sign my tenure-track contract for next year!!!

Im so excited I just had to share!!!

(maybe i will stop breaking out now!! )

Re: The Budget passed!!!

Congratulations
Me and FH were watching news 12 to see if Wanding River school past. Unfortunately it failed, and FH has to keep waiting to see if he will be hired. The good thing is Middle country passed and he may get a job at that school district.

It is so stressful for you teachers before you get tenure.

Re: The Budget passed!!!

i'll keep my fingers crossed for him!!! I was just wondering if he ended up getting a position or not... I cant believe SWR will be on contingency... my girlfriend just moved into that district and is so upset about there budget failing... He still has plenty of time to get a job though...
