The Carltun

Has anyone been there recently and gotten rates?

I am debating if it is worth taking the time. I know it is beautiful but also expensive.

Curious about minimun and prices....

have you looked at water's edge in lic? i don't know if it's too far for you but it was the nicest wedding i ever went to. i think on a sat. night in the summer it's $165 so i may fit into your price range for a sunday night.

I wanted to go look there but my mother told me that every wedding she ever played there didn't 'get off the ground'..

I went to a wedding there. It was very large and over the top. Although the food was excellent and the place very pretty, I hated the low ceilings in the ballroom. I felt very claustraphobic. The owner of Carlyle, Steve Carl (as in CARLtun and CARLyle) was partners there and sold out and opened Carlyle. Service and Food are very similar.
