The chick that's running the NYcrop is a nutjob!!!
She just called me @ home with some long tale about how she lost most of the checks she received for the January crop!! I said 'well I paid by credit card by phone' & she basically argued w/me that I must have sent a check because thats how she got my #(I don't have my # on my checks) So after I looked up the debit online she yes'oh yes I see here you paid by debit card' then she went on to say she didn't have phone #'s for LisaRose & her Mom & someone named Barbara(not sure who that is)!!!!!!!! I just thought you guys might want to call her & conirm your registration 516-767-0608 or [email protected]

Ang and I were just saying we haven't heard anything from her yet. Her check is outstanding and I don't think my payment has been processed yet. I want to check again.
But she is Wacko - she's been in touch with Lisa!! Lisa sent me an FM a while ago about this woman CALLING her and saying she didn't get a payment from me.
I had to call several times to give her a credit card number and then she accused me of not calling the correct number and leaving a message
I'll give her a call later.

I am going to organize a crop and show these woman how its done!!

@ Christine!! I just sent her and email saying the same thing....she CALLED me!! and I sent her a letter, with all our names on it, for the table!!

Thanks for the heads-up. I just called and she confirmed that my check is lost at her house. Oh well, I have to write out a new check and send it out right away. I'm okay about that BUT my bank charges like $25 to stop payment so I don't want to do that...can I trust her not to cash both checks if she finds that other one?

Is this part of that Crop for a Cause thing? Can you consider it a charitable donation? I agree about stopping the check, but I wouldn't trust her either.

she actually argued with me about how I paid!!! And the story of how the checks got lost because she was bedridden....Pu-lease! Didn't we pay like 2 months ago? WTF? If its dark & crowded in there I'm going to blow a gasket!!!!!!
