Bridal Suites in Bay Shore STILL did not fix my dress- in fact it was untouched since last week and they didn't even call me to tell me not to bother to make the long trek to Long Island for nothing.
When I asked where the seamstress was- the response was - 'she took a leave of absence due to a broken arm.'
When we asked where the owner was, 'not in.'
WHY DID THEY PROMISE MY DRESS WHICH THEY CUT APART WOULD BE READY AND PERFECT???
Thankfully- a second seamstress was there- mostly Spanish speaking- she kept muttering in broken English about, 'omg what they did to your dress?'
I was promised YET again- that my dress would be PERFECT- next Saturday- with 17 days to go this is what I'm going through.
Not only that- I'm having minor problems with other vendors- nothing's ready- nothing's done- my house is an absolute MESS and all I want to do is lay in bed.
Ughh
Help brides- I need good vibes and love.
