the contract

hi everyone,

we'll likely decide within the next day or so (i hope!) which wedding venue we'll use, which will lead us to the next step - the contract.

everyone always says, 'make sure you get it in writing.'

so here's my question...

what types of things would you recommend we put in our contract?

anything you negotiate as far as 'extras.' definitely timing of your event.

Great Question!!!! Unfortunatly i don't hav the answer since we didnt sign ours yet....hopefully within a few months. I would love to hear the answers!

anything they promised you. I was *glamoured*by how beautiful everything was that I did not think to ask they put certain things in the contract. (I'm pretty sure I was promised that every person over my minimum would be at half price) and sure enough when I refered back to it, it said something about 'no verbal agreements'.
