The last time I saw butt like that was in a movie... Old movie... called 'Exit to Eden'. Rosie O'Donnell and Dan Aykroyd are undercover cops who go to some sexual fantasy island to crack a case.
I don't remember much else except for a scene where Paul Mercurio is tied up and is being dominated by a woman. He's wearing some kind of loincloth and nothing else. And OH MY GOD the butt on him. It's like a shelf. Or a half of a volleyball or something. It's just amazing.
I can't find a picture of it, sadly. But I did find plenty of others where he looks flaming so he may be batting for the other team. Sigh.
