the cows on my front lawn

So, last night we were out with some friends of ours and one of the girls says to me, 'Hey Kerie, how did you like all the cows on your lawn?'

I said, 'What?'

She said, 'The cows on your lawn?'

Some of the guys overheard and they were looking at me to see my reaction. Apparently some people at our wedding were going to chip in and arrange for a company that puts several huge COW statues on your front lawn, along with big announcement signs (kinda like the cows that were all over Manhattan several years ago).

So, they planned to get all different color cows to put on our front lawn with a big sign saying, 'Holy Cow, Scott and Kerie are back home.'

My new brother in law was the MASTERMIND in all of this but he was given conflicting info as to when we were getting home, so it never got done!

I kinda wish it happened because I would NEVER forget that!!!! And neither would the neighbors!


PS--I think the cows are just a rental for a few days. What an idea!!!
