You have to use a clue in the URL that you found.

But the safe doesn't appear for me. I click and click and click, and nothing! I know it's supposed to be there, but I can't get to it.

I think you have to watch the video to be able to reach the safe even if you know where it is.

You have to wait for the video to be completely over or it will do that.
